Inspection content by plan
Our staff inspects products after they arrive at our warehouse and before shipment. Inspection content differs by plan.
For Basic Plan
We check whether outer packaging is intact, count products, assist with defective products, and conduct random inspections. Standard: Level II, AQL 2.5.
For Pro Plan
In addition to Basic Plan services: sample inspection before mass production, random quality inspection (material, weight, dimensions, performance) before shipment, and free replacement of defective products. Standard: Level II, AQL 2.5.
For Full Inspection Services, we use project management to deliver one-stop control — from pre-production inspection through container loading — achieving 100% inspection.
