We contact your suppliers based on the information you provide and collect their goods to prepare for export.
Payment Assistance
If needed, we can help make payments — but only from you or your company, to the supplier accounts specified in the contract, never third parties.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Random inspection of appearance and packaging, quantity count, and shipping-mark verification before shipment.
Replacement & Return of Defective Products
Insufficient quantity, wrong goods, or defects are resolved with the supplier directly; damaged cartons are replaced free of charge.
Free Warehousing
1 month of free warehousing included with the Basic Plan.
Arrange Shipping from China
We prepare shipping documents and contact the freight forwarder to book and ship the goods.
Service Fee of "Basic Plan": 3% of the total product value (FOB Price), with a minimum fee of $100 (if your product value is under $3,500).
